Hexagon Geosystems is seeking a Customer Data Steward (f/m/d) in Barcelona to own data quality for a defined customer data domain. You will be the first escalation point for data quality issues and work with the Customer Master Data Manager to trace issues to source systems, contributing to data standards and governance across sales, marketing, finance, IT and digitalisation.

You will support deduplication, matching rules, and reporting on data quality trends using dashboards and reports,

Formación

• Prior experience as data steward, data quality analyst, or MDM analyst.
• Strong data governance mindset and view of data as a business asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own data quality for a defined customer data domain and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Trace issues from source systems and processes with the Customer Master Data Manager.
• Report data quality trends using dashboards and exception reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and digitalisation to resolve data conflicts.
