CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Location : Spain, UK, or Senegal - Offshore Vessels in several worldwide locations

Contract Start : As soon as possible.

Insurance : Death & Disability + Life Insurance, Medical Insurance and Income protection provided by the company.

Work / leave rotation : 35 / 35 (35 paid working days followed by 35 unpaid leave days).

Work hours : 12 hours / day - 7 days / week

MISSION :

Ensure the working status of the pipeline main line equipment during project execution and during project preparation, installation and start up.

Ensure compliance with safety / quality procedures / standards.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

1. Basic knowledge in reading electrical / mechanical drawings.
2. Basic skills in problem solving / trouble shooting.
3. Experience with welding equipment and technologies (welding generators, automatic welding processes, plasma welding, induction heating).
4. Knowledge in electrical and electrotechnical field.
5. Able to process commissioning of electrical and instrumentation.
6. 2 – 5 years of experience.
7. Intermediate English level spoken and written is mandatory - B1.
8. Minimum MS Office / computer knowledge.

TASKS :

1. Execute the activities within own area of responsibility on all the Pipeline technologies Equipment, ensuring the compliance with the QA / QC and HSE requirements.
2. Perform the electrical / mechanical works in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
3. Perform electrical connections for equipment, circuit breakers, transformers, cabinets, and any other electrical apparatus.
4. Ability in reading technical drawings schematics (i.e., line diagram, electrical scheme, basic hydraulic diagrams), assuring that the equipment is installed / connected as per intent.
5. Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions, reporting any anomalies to pipeline technologies engineer.
6. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as Multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility, integrity, and safety of the system.
7. Ensure coordination in the assigned working context (especially during simultaneous operations) to grant a safety work environment.
8. Provide regular maintenance and repair of pipeline technologies equipment.
9. Provide installation / connections of various electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in all assigned project working areas.
10. Install pipeline technologies equipment in accordance with the scope of work provided by the Pipeline technologies engineer.
11. Provide mechanical and electrical repairs of the pipeline technologies equipment that does not need Third-Party assistance.
12. Perform operations needed for the equipment requiring refurbishment.
13. Follow and understand the permit to work statement.
14. Assure that the planned maintenance in all the pipeline technologies equipment is done as per schedule / instructions.
15. Assure that all maintenance interventions are properly and exhaustively reported.
16. Assure that all possible and required modifications are done in line with the plan and properly reported.
17. Be part of a continuous monitoring process of the pipeline technologies equipment suggesting to the pipeline technologies engineer and Line management any possible modifications / upgrades to constantly improve, when necessary, their efficiency, functionality, and safety.
18. Carry out all the necessary tasks described in the mission section respecting all the HSE policy and standard and make sure that all are in place.
19. Assure a proper preservation of the pipeline technologies equipment on site when a long standby is expected. Targeting of course the readiness of the equipment when required.
20. Fully adhere and respect to the Company internal procedures and regulations.
