What you will do :

  • Answer incoming requests via phone, email and chat
  • Assist our customers with questions about our electronic reservation book, website, or app
  • Provide suitable answers or solutions according to customer needs

Who you are :

  • Based in Barcelona
  • Native level of Portuguese and fluent in Spanish; additional languages are a plus!
  • An open-minded person with high communication skills
  • Genuine concern for customer needs to ensure a unique and satisfactory experience
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Experienced in a customer support environment
