Customer Care Specialist - (Native Portuguese)

What you will do:

  1. Answer incoming requests via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Assist our customers with questions about our electronic reservation book, website, or app.
  3. Empathize with customers and provide suitable answers or solutions tailored to their needs.

Who you are:

  1. Based in Barcelona.
  2. Native level proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  3. An open-minded individual with excellent communication skills.
  4. Customer-oriented, aiming to make each experience unique and satisfactory.
  5. Knowledge of CRM tools.
  6. Experience in a customer support environment.
