Formación

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Italian Speaker Customer Care Representative to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails and chatsfrom customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues.
  • Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Make appropriate product or service recommendations based on customer needs.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-2 yearsof experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Italian ; additional languages are is a huge plus.
