Would you like to work as a Customer Care Representative in an entrepreneurial and international environment? EasyPark is a rapidly growing tech company on a mission to make cities more liveable. In this role, you will be part of the customer care team in Madrid where the main goal is to offer excellent support to our customers.

The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our Spanish and Portuguese customers with excellent support through high availability and flexibility. The aim of the customer care team is to keep down the customer contact ratio to a minimum through continuous collection of information about the different topics our customers contact us about to take action on it. Together with other stakeholders, such as team managers and process drivers, we come up with proposals of how to eliminate the need for customers to contact us at Customer Care, which has a great financial impact for the company.

You will contribute & make an impact through :

  • Building and maintaining a good relationship with EasyPark customers, primarily within the B2C segment but also B2B.
  • Answering incoming customer service calls, emails, and chat.
  • Actively working with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty, and win-back.
  • Going the extra mile to leave our customers with a positive feeling when they have been in contact with us on the phone, through email, through social media channels, or any other channel used by the company.
  • Supporting the collection of information about what customers are contacting us about by logging contacts according to the company policy.
  • Continuously working to identify ways to improve our internal processes within Customer Care and escalating to team manager and process drivers when needed.
  • Continuously monitoring own performance to ensure alignment with the objectives set up within Customer Care.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in Customer Service and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment while acting without prestige. A social team player with an understanding of what a great Customer Experience means and who can also work independently. You are curious and like to challenge yourself by stepping out of your comfort zone and trying out new things to develop and grow. Feedback is something you welcome with humbleness.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following :

  • Previous work experience in sales and / or Customer Care.
  • Motivation to work with others towards common goals.
  • Written and oral fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Portuguese as a native language is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Catalan, Galician, Basque, or any other language is a plus.
  • Availability to work full time from Mon - Fri 10 AM to 6 PM.

This role is based at the EasyPark Madrid office in Spain.
