This role involves managing all aspects of Customer Care in the EMEA region, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The representative acts as the primary support interface with Channel Distributors and Direct Partners, handling forecasting, order entry, fulfillment, administration, POS filing, logistics, and credit notes.

The responsibilities include :

  • Serving as the main contact for EMEA customer admin support issues, including order processing, collections, POS, and invoicing.
  • Preparing shipping documents and managing export license applications.
  • Tracking shipments with the product and supply chain teams.
  • Supporting channel operations such as order entry, price exceptions, and partner pricing requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with POS reporting and inventory management.
  • Collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain teams on overdue accounts and operational requirements.
  • Facilitating inventory planning, reporting, and logistics issues.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales team to improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Managing stock rotations and preparing forecast reports.

This is a full-time position within the Telecommunications industry, with no specified seniority level.
