The role of Customer Care Officer is central to the success of this mission, as your contribution will be to help increase the number of patients and doctors using DOCTENA.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, chat, or through our ticketing system
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handling and resolving customer issues
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Setting up new customer accounts and delivering remote training to new Doctena Pro customers and ensuring the best possible adoption of our product
  • Reviewing, preparing, and importing patient data into Doctena Pro
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Minimum Requirements:

  • A high school diploma, a general education degree, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as relevant computer applications
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Comfortable working with computers and IT systems
  • Love for problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ease of integrating into a team and balancing autonomy vs teamwork
  • Hands-on approach and comfort with unknown situations

Language skills are very important in this role. You speak and write a combination of Dutch / French; the common office language is English.
