Our client is a leader in luxury fashion & retail e-commerce with a diverse international team. They collaborate with major fashion brands and seek enthusiastic talents to join their Customer Service team.

You would be a great fit if you possess excellent communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and have a passion for the fashion industry.

Tasks
  • Provide a top-tier consumer experience by addressing customer inquiries about products or services
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email
  • Advise and support international premium clients regarding the order process
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a deep understanding of e-commerce
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
Requirements
  • Experience in luxury fashion customer service is a plus
  • Proficiency with IT systems (Windows)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Native French speaker
  • Full professional proficiency in English
