2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Customer Care operations.
3. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
4. Others: Proficient in Excel, SAP SD, and EDI.

Design and implement their corporate back-office order-to-cash processes to enhance customer experience at minimal cost (product master data, ATP, order entry), aligned with all departments. Manage Germany's ATP (order) process, coordinating with Marketing DE, BITs, and warehouses (external providers SK, D&O).
