The Role

1. Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
2. You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
3. You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
4. You will carry out the sales processes and always have your main focus on the positive experience of the client.

Ideal Profile

1. Customer care and Sales profile.
2. Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
3. Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
4. Dutch: C2 level.
5. High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
6. Customer-centric and problem-solving.
7. Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
8. You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
