The Job

• Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
• You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
• You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
• You will carry out the sales processes and always have your main focus on the positive experience of the client.

The Profile

• Customer care and Sales profile.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, sales and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
• Dutch: C2 level.
• High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
• Customer centric and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
• You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
