• Support the Customer Care team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities, contributing to data analysis, reporting, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth processes with stakeholders.
• Analyze departmental data and support preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
