For our Consumer Division, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent based at our office in Madrid / Vallecas.

Main responsibilities :

Deliver outstanding customer support via email, phone, in both French and English.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow up promptly to ensure resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Identify and escalate priority issues or potential risks when necessary.

Continuously look for ways to improve service delivery and the overall customer experience.

Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system clearly and accurately.

Key Requirements :

Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) – Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and commitment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM systems Salesforce, SAP is a plus.

Positive mindset, team spirit, and a genuine desire to help others.
