Location: Come and join us in Barcelona

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator to support our systems and processes within FREENOW's Finance department.

This role is hybrid, requiring presence in the office twice a week.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Maintaining and updating Master Data in the Finance ERP system (Business Central)
  2. Supporting and developing solutions for our accounting team to translate requirements into effective Business Central solutions
  3. Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
  4. Supporting the rollout of projects to new subsidiaries
  5. Documenting and enhancing our accounting processes and systems landscape, including applications and interfaces
  6. Supporting audit and monthly group reporting from a system perspective, as well as assisting the dunning team

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Degree in information technology or business administration/accounting; a combination is advantageous
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience with Business Central in finance and IT, preferably in an international tech company
  3. Strong accounting knowledge
  4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
  5. Proven experience in IT project management
  6. Ability to manage stakeholders and lead meetings; excellent communication skills
  7. Development and debugging skills are a plus
