Descripción del empleo

Location: Join us in Barcelona

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator to support our systems and processes within FREENOW’s Finance department.

This role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our office twice a week.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating Master Data in the Finance ERP system (Business Central).
  • Supporting and developing solutions for our accountants to translate accounting requirements into optimal solutions in Business Central.
  • Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces).
  • Supporting roll-out projects to new subsidiaries.
  • Documenting and enhancing our accounting processes and systems landscape, including applications and interfaces.
  • Supporting audit and monthly group reporting from a system perspective, as well as assisting the dunning team.

Requirements for success in this role:

  • A degree in information technology or business administration/accounting; a combination is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, preferably in an international tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • An analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven experience in successful IT project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Development and debugging skills are a plus.
