A leading company is seeking a support specialist to assist customers with organizing meetings, managing training activities, and providing customer assistance. The role requires fluency in English and another language, strong communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and has experience in customer service.
You will provide support to our customer in :
Support the organization of meetings and events with the Customer
Training records management
Planning and support to Training Center activities
Scheduling and customer assistance
Budget and invoices monitoring control
Support to visits and events as requested.
Management of welcome kit material.
Organization and planning of courses
Organization of meeting rooms
Provide support to all customers in person, by email and by phone
Improvement projects to support all client’s programmes
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Visual basic knowledge would be a plus)
Languages : Advanced English, other language necessary (Portuguese, French, Italian)
Communication and problem solving skills
Oriented to teamwork.
