What will you do?
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.
In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.
You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.

Working hours are as follows :
Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 / 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 (one free hour)
Saturday : 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 (one free hour)
Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility : in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days!
