Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:

1. You will be booking of insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers.
2. You'll have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and put the meeting directly into the Insurer's calendar.
3. The insurer is responsible for the sale, so your task will be to offer a meeting between the insurer and the customer.
4. Identifying issues and provide solutions.
5. Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, e.g. provide cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. A native level of German and an advanced level of English (C1 level).
2. Already living in Portugal.
3. Interest for customer relationship and solving issues.
4. Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace.
5. Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
6. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
7. Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required).

What’s in it for you?

1. Full-time permanent contract.
2. 39h/week, Monday to Sunday; Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00; Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00.
3. Salary: 17.800 € gross annual global salary include performance-based bonuses + meal vouchers of 7.63€/work day + transportation allowance 20€ per month.
