As a Customer Service Representative , you will :

  • Communicate with B2B customers via phone and email to provide service-oriented solutions.
  • Support customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals and online solutions.
  • Address and resolve reported issues efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks and follow up on requests.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere by motivating colleagues and making customers feel appreciated.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have :

  • Native-level fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
