Our Customer Account Managers help develop and grow the initial customer network for the Geodis marketplace. You will be part of a team partnering with external clients and the internal sales team to facilitate daily operations, anticipate challenges, and present solutions to delight our Enterprise customers and support Geodis RT's business objectives. We value continuous improvement and seek candidates eager to create lasting value, improve operational skills, and contribute to transforming the logistics industry abroad.

What You'll Do
  • Develop process and system improvements to enhance execution quality
  • Manage and execute daily operations supporting our international customer base
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and automating critical business processes and tools for sales tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with customers to find new solutions for their logistics challenges
  • Handle issues arising during freight operations
  • Discuss core operational and growth metrics with management
  • Partner with the sales team to anticipate challenges and support company objectives

  • An undergraduate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience focused on process and operational improvement
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure
  • Innovative mindset aimed at doing things better, faster, and more efficiently

  • Passion for customer service and transportation needs
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience or certifications are a plus
