Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Culture, Communications & Engagement Executive to support daily delivery of our engagement strategy, ensuring well-organised planning, coordination, and administration of initiatives that boost employee experience. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business.

You will help run engagement surveys, recognition cycles, ERGs, and wellbeing programmes, coordinating activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in administrative, coordinator, executive support, communications or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes efficiently.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and identify trends and insights.
• Experience using online platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Culture, Communications & Engagement strategy.
• Coordinate and administer Culture Guide activities and calendar.
• Support internal engagement initiatives that bring colleagues together virtually and in person.
• Manage the promotion and administration of online engagement sessions and social activities.
• Provide admin support for employee engagement surveys.
• Assist with the employee recognition programme, including nominations and cycles.
• Support administration of employee communities and ERGs.
• Coordinate meetings with community leads and support recruitment activities.
• Gather and communicate feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
• Support wellbeing programmes and regular wellbeing communications.
• Collaborate with ESG and other stakeholders to align wellbeing and engagement activities.
• Produce reports, analyse engagement data, and identify trends.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support across the function.
