Job summary

Six Senses Ibiza offers a Culinary Management Trainee position designed to develop hosts to be the best they can be within a luxury resort environment.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting the Executive Chef and culinary team, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring HACCP compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The internship includes accommodation and meals as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience in a hospitality or culinary setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary team.
• Coordinate culinary personnel administration tasks and training documentation.
• Ensure HACCP procedures and safety standards are followed and properly documented.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for the outlet operations.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
