Page Executive seeks an accomplished IT leader to define the technology strategy and drive digital transformation for a multi-site international group in Aragón, Spain.

You will oversee ERP and enterprise systems, ensure security and scalability, manage budgets, and collaborate with ownership to maximise business value through technology.

Job Description

• Define and execute the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving process optimization, innovation, and the effective adoption of technology across the organization.
• Oversee the performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems, infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity environments.
• Manage and develop the IT function, fostering a high‑performing team culture while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive the evolution of core business platforms and technology capabilities to support operational excellence and future growth.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can create business value, improve efficiency, and enhance decision‑making.
• Manage technology investments, budgets, vendors, and external partners to ensure cost‑effective and high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, positioning IT as a key enabler of business performance and transformation.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, such as CIO, IT Director, or equivalent, within complex and multi‑site organizations in the industry sector.
• Strong track record leading technology transformation programs and aligning IT and OT strategy with business objectives.
• Experience working in family‑owned and entrepreneurial business environments
• Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP environments, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital initiatives.
• International exposure and ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced and evolving business environments.
• Strategic mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
