• Proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1.

The “SIDE PROJECT” you are looking for :

At Nexa Ventures, we present proven and replicable business ideas in Spain and / or Latin America, offer specialized Venture Capital training, and identify founders and pre-seed investment opportunities.

We do all this through our Newsletter, Edtech platform, and startup identification software. Additionally, we have an investment vehicle in which we invest in startups as Business Angels.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help us elevate our startup identification platform from a simple MVP built with Python to a leading SaaS platform in the Fintech sector.

As a Co-Founder & CTO, You Will Be Responsible For :

• Developing both front-end and back-end software with the support of the co-founders.
• Analyzing problematic situations and providing solutions to ensure company growth and sustainability.
• Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies.
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the market and industry.

Requirements

• Extremely curious and passionate about technology and business.
• Strong Full Stack Development Skills.
• Proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1 and being hands-on.
• Experience in startups, scale-ups, VCs, or similar environments.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, capable of solving complex problems with limited resources.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
