Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Responsibilities

1. Lead strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external technological relationships.
2. Oversee architecture design and modifications in Camerfirma’s Intellectual Property.
3. Identify, compare, select, and implement suitable technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
4. Leverage emerging technologies for organizational benefit.
5. Develop, monitor, and control annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
6. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet financial targets.
7. Consolidate technology platforms and develop plans for each.
8. Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics.
9. Stay updated on new trends and best practices in technology.
10. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
11. Support certification maintenance as a trusted service provider, including ISO 9001, 27001, and ENS certifications.
12. Lead implementation of procedures in Camerfirma's Certification Practice Statement.
13. Maintain documentation for services, auditing, equipment, and key ceremonies.
14. Manage and monitor PKI systems and certificate policies.
15. Advise departments on Trusted Services, Security, Quality, and GDPR regulations.
16. Develop and update security policies and standards.
17. Monitor security risks and coordinate responses to incidents.
18. Ensure Business Continuity, including contingency and disaster recovery plans.
19. Promote cybersecurity and trust services awareness and training.
20. Supervise GDPR compliance.
