Overview

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Decentralized Trading Infrastructure – Remote | Full-Time | Blockchain & Trading Systems | Equity / Token Allocation

About The Company

A stealth-stage trading platform building a next-generation perpetuals DEX. The system is designed to balance on-chain verifiability with off-chain optimizations, including enclave-based computation, private order flows, and low-latency infrastructure. The team is lean, ambitious, and focused on redefining the future of decentralized finance.

Role Overview

This is a visionary leadership role for a deeply technical CTO with hands-on experience in blockchain infrastructure and trading systems. You’ll define the technical strategy, architect the platform, and lead a high-performance engineering team. The mission: build a secure, scalable, and performant DEX that sets new standards in speed, transparency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap
• Architect a secure and scalable perpetuals DEX
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering technical excellence
• Balance on-chain transparency with off-chain optimizations (e.g., enclaves, private order flows)
• Deliver complex products in collaboration with product and business teams
• Promote best practices across engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a technical leader in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure and trading systems
• Strong background in off-chain infrastructure and low-latency environments
• Demonstrated success scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products
• Solid understanding of DeFi principles and smart contract architecture
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Bonus Points

• Experience managing Ethereum nodes with trusted enclave computation
• Familiarity with MEV and attestation-based trust verification
• Experience designing fast pre-confirmations using private order flows
