Nearcut, a fast-growing booking software provider, is looking for a versatile individual to enhance their customer support as they expand across Europe. This remote-first role involves troubleshooting issues, problem-solving, and supporting sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B software environment.

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us to continue to build strong client relationships and enhance our excellent customer service as we expand across Europe.
Your main focus will be on troubleshooting and problem solving in order to provide excellent customer support. Additionally, you will be supporting the sales teams to improve customer retention and upsell our product, where appropriate, to existing customers.
Computer and phone-based customer support.
Experience in customer service.
Bachelor's degree from university (or higher).
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience working for a B2B software product.
You are proactive and excel at problem solving.
Remote-first : We are a remote-first company without an in-person office. Although we work remotely, our team is close knit and colleagues are always there to help one another.
Our clients are small business owners who are very grateful to have our support. 23 holiday days per year, in addition to Spanish public holidays.
