AESC Spain is seeking a CSA Engineer to coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site for its Extremadura gigafactory project. You will interface with Chinese project teams, Spanish contractors, consultants and regulators to ensure design alignment, schedule adherence and quality control.

The role requires a Civil/Structural/Building Engineering background with at least 3 years in CSA construction management, ideally across industrial projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of CSA construction management experience on industrial projects (factory, workshop, etc.).
• Familiar with precast concrete structure; Spanish procedures and standards knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of civil/structural construction, quality control, planning and site coordination.
• Spanish language mandatory; English intermediate; Chinese ideally fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor CSA works on site per design, schedule and Spanish regulations.
• Develop and monitor CSA construction schedules; track progress and delays.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors and consultants to resolve issues.
• Supervise construction quality, inspections, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Review CSA drawings, technical docs, method statements and inspection records.
• Support permit processes and ensure required documentation and inspections.
• Monitor contractor performance and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Prepare progress, quality and construction reports; participate in meetings.
• Act as liaison between Chinese teams and Spanish stakeholders.
