IREN is seeking a DC CSA Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural workstream for its next-generation data center projects in Spain. You will coordinate earthworks, foundations, structures, building envelope, roads and external works, while aligning with safety, quality and cost targets.

You will report to the DC Project Manager, manage design, procurement and construction activities, and ensure timely installation and handover of critical electrical and mechanical

Competenze

• At least 8-10 years of experience in project management, construction management, engineering management, or project delivery.
• Significant exposure to civil, structural, and architectural packages, preferably within data centers or large-scale construction.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the CSA project workstream coordinating earthworks, site development, foundations, concrete and steel structures and related packages.
• Support the DC Project Manager in delivering objectives with visibility of CSA progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate CSA design, procurement, and construction activities with designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, cost, schedule, quality, and change control for CSA packages.
• Coordinate with the CSA Superintendent and site team to align objectives with field execution.
• Ensure CSA interfaces with electrical, mechanical, utilities, architectural and commissioning teams for readiness.
