IREN Group is seeking a DC CSA Project Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural workstreams for its next-generation data center projects in Spain. You will oversee earthworks, foundations, structures, envelope, and external works, coordinating designers, contractors, and internal teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.

Qualifications

8-10 years in project/construction management with civil, structural or architectural scope.
Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex data center or industrial infrastructure programs.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication in international settings.

Responsabilités

Manage CSA workstream including earthworks, foundations, structures, building envelope, and external works in alignment with the data center plan.
Maintain visibility of CSA progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure milestones, budget and quality targets are met.
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities with designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure constructability and timely decisions.
