CSA Project Manager

Due to continued project success, we are seeking a results-driven and technically strong CSA PM to lead works in Madrid, Lisbon, and Frankfurt.

The Role : As a

CSA Project Manager

you’ll be responsible for the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced data centre environment. You’ll act as the key interface between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage CSA works from groundworks through to architectural finishes
• Oversee site progress, scheduling, and health & safety compliance
• Coordinate with internal MEP, commercial, and planning teams
• Ensure compliance with local codes, design specifications, and quality standards
• Lead subcontractor coordination and resource planning
• Drive performance and accountability across site teams

Requirements :

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor
• Proven track record on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
• Strong technical knowledge across civil, structural, and architectural scopes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel or relocate to Madrid, Lisbon, or Frankfurt
