We’re seeking a dynamic CS Support & Sales Supervisor to lead our customer support and sales teams in a fully remote environment. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, skilled in Zendesk administration, CRM funnel optimization, and email nurturing, and have a passion for leadership!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer support and sales team.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide consultative guidance on intellectual property and trademark services (training provided).
  • Manage Zendesk at an admin level, creating automations, triggers, macros, and actionable reports.
  • Optimize CRM conversion funnels, track leads, and measure KPIs.
  • Design strategic email nurturing campaigns to enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor case progression, standardize sales processes, and process transactions with precision.
  • Drive data-driven strategies by analyzing conversion metrics and identifying opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • C1-level fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven leadership in team management, support, or sales.
  • Advanced Zendesk proficiency (admin-level configurations and analytics).
  • Experience managing CRM systems and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Expertise in email nurturing and customer lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
  • Ability to establish as a freelancer (self-employed).
