The ideal candidate will have a CFGS in mechatronics, experience in aseptic liquid filling equipment, and the ability to travel nationally and internationally. Formación

• Experience in installation and maintenance of aseptic liquid filling equipment.
• Knowledge of washing, sterilization, and filling systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Job Title : Field Service Technician - Mechatronics

We also provide solutions involving vacuum and high vacuum technologies for traditional and high-tech industries, energy, aerospace, and scientific research.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechatronic systems and equipment on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
• Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including service reports and user manuals.
• Stay updated on the latest mechatronic technologies and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• CFGS in mechatronics, electromechanics, or similar, with mechanical adjustment skills and electronics knowledge.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and preventive / corrective maintenance of aseptic liquid filling and packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of or experience with complete systems for washing, sterilization, filling, vial capping, and other formats, as well as containment systems (LAF, RABS, Isolators) and process equipment load / unload systems like lyophilizers.
• Languages : Spanish, English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Additional Information

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 40-50% of the time.
