We're looking for a Crypto Risk Manager at Revolut ️

Locations : Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Portugal (or Europe - willing to relocate). Workplace: Remote. Start Date: Immediate.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Crypto Risk Manager to join our dynamic Risk Management team. In this critical role, you will identify, assess, and mitigate risks tied to our cryptocurrency operations, such as trading, custody, and regulatory compliance. We’re looking for a proactive professional who can handle the unique challenges of digital assets and ensure our business and customers are protected in the fast-evolving crypto space.

What You’ll Do:

1. Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks in cryptocurrency operations, including market volatility, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory changes. Conduct regular risk assessments of crypto trading platforms and custody solutions.
2. Risk Mitigation and Strategy: Develop risk management strategies tailored to cryptocurrency assets. Design controls for secure crypto trading and custody processes.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local crypto regulations, like AML and KYC. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to stay ahead of regulatory shifts.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of risk management experience, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech. Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
