Stathis Strategies seeks a Crypto Fund and Portfolio Strategy Specialist for a fully remote position in the United States. You will support crypto fund research, portfolio construction, capital allocation, and investment strategy across digital asset markets.

You will evaluate opportunities using fundamental, quantitative, technical, and on-chain analysis, while monitoring risk, liquidity, and performance across multiple funds and ventures. Strong modeling and reporting skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, asset management, hedge funds, financial markets, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction, capital allocation, diversification, hedging, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Research cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, crypto funds, and emerging Web3 investment opportunities.
• Analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi tokens, and blockchain infrastructure projects.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, diversification, and rebalancing strategies.
• Evaluate investment opportunities using fundamental, quantitative, technical, and on-chain analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, volatility, drawdowns, concentration, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Assess tokenomics, project fundamentals, governance structures, adoption metrics, and competitive positioning.
• Research venture-stage blockchain companies, DeFi protocols, and emerging digital asset opportunities.
• Analyze hedging strategies and portfolio risk controls across changing market conditions.
• Track market cycles, institutional capital flows, macroeconomic trends, derivatives activity, and investor sentiment.
• Develop financial models, portfolio dashboards, investment memos, and performance reports.
• Conduct due diligence on crypto funds, digital asset projects, and blockchain investment opportunities.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate portfolio resilience and potential downside exposure.
• Identify opportunities across staking, lending protocols, decentralized exchanges, tokenized assets, and Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments affecting cryptocurrency investment strategies.
• Collaborate with investment, research, and portfolio management teams to refine fund strategy and capital allocation decisions.
