Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Crypto) to partner with Product, Tech and Growth teams to translate evolving crypto regulations into practical, product-ready requirements. You will review communications, support new crypto features, and own post-launch regulatory analysis to protect customers while maintaining delivery velocity.

The role requires strong regulatory experience, a deep understanding of MiFID-equivalent regimes, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech

Formación

5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
Experience interpreting regulations within a business context.
Experience in a bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, or tech company is a plus.
Understanding of MiFID or equivalent regimes is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
Oversee crypto yield, DeFi, and derivative product regulatory frameworks.
Support new product launches and rollouts for crypto features.
Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
Own post-launch reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are clear and defensible.
Translate evolving regulation into actionable product requirements.
Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities.
