Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to partner with our crypto teams, shaping how features are launched, scaled, and communicated across markets. Translate complex regulation into practical, product-ready requirements while maintaining customer protection and delivery velocity.

In this role, you’ll navigate evolving regimes, oversee compliance for crypto offerings, and support product launches with a focus on risk, clarity, and speed in a fast-growing technology environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience interpreting regulations in a business context.
• Experience in a bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, tech company, or strategy consultancy.
• Ability to assess how compliance risk interfaces with business risk.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee yields, DeFi and derivative products and relevant frameworks.
• Support NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented.

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. In this hands‑on role, you’ll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across all markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product‑ready solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
• Oversee yield, Defi and derivative products and relevant frameworks
• Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features
• Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
• Owning post‑launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
• Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product‑ready requirements
• Conducting horizon‑scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
• Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
• Experience in a top‑tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast‑growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

Experience in the crypto industry

Knowledge of crypto native products and technical nuances

Understanding of MiFID and equivalent regimes
