Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Crypto Affiliate Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, recruiting new affiliates to expand program reach, and managing activities in international markets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted promotions, delivering regular performance reports, and resolving affiliate disputes in coordination with relevant teams. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual focused on optimizing affiliate partnerships and achieving program success.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners while recruiting new affiliates to expand program reach for crypto brands.
2. Manage and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and profitability.
3. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop targeted offers and exclusive promotions.
4. Provide regular performance reports and personalized recommendations to affiliates and stakeholders.
5. Address affiliate inquiries and disputes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the crypto or iGaming industries.
2. Familiarity with the Myaffiliates platform and proven success in managing affiliate programs.
3. Previous experience working with crypto casinos or similar sectors.
4. A good understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and performance metrics.
5. Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns effectively.
6. Exceptional communication skills to maintain and grow relationships with affiliate partners.
7. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a go-getter attitude.
8. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on results.
