We are seeking an exceptional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Product Manager to join the team that manages all paid marketing traffic for the Gartner Digital Markets (GDM) websites, including Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and UpCity. In this crucial role, you will lead CRO initiatives and drive the enhancement of our paid landing page experience through a structured test-and-learn approach. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming, prioritizing, defining requirements, overseeing development, launching tests, analyzing outcomes, and making data-driven recommendations. Serving as the vital link between marketing channels and our product / engineering / UX teams, you will spearhead our hypothesis-driven testing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the conversion funnel, expertise in CRO best practices, and a proven track record of boosting conversion rates, improving user experience, and meeting monthly and quarterly performance targets.
