Your Role

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing customer relationship strategies. You will optimize CRM platforms (including GoHighLevel), automate customer journeys, and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that boost engagement and foster loyalty.

What You’ll Do :

• CRM Leadership : Implement, manage, and optimize CRM systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel) to ensure effective customer interactions and actionable insights.
• Marketing Automation : Design and execute automated campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
• Lead Acquisition & Retention : Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain customers in the competitive fintech and money remittance space.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to diverse global audiences.
• Customer-Centric Innovation : Use CRM data to continuously enhance customer experiences and foster long-term loyalty.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist in fintech, money remittance, or a similar industry.
• Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel) and marketing automation tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Experience in structuring and optimizing sales processes and lead acquisition funnels.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Creative and proactive thinker, able to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment.
