About the Opportunity

MoonPay is seeking a data-driven CRM Manager to join our Growth team and play a vital role in driving B2B and B2C product engagement and revenue.

What you will do

• Strategise, build and execute communications using Braze, utilizing key engagement channels such as Email, Push notifications, in-app messages and content cards.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance product awareness and engagement, with the end goal of generating incremental revenue.
• Monitor key performance indicators, using data insights to continually refine strategies.
• Work closely with the Head of CRM to design CRM experiments, including the test design and analysis.
• Refine segmentation and targeting to personalize communications for maximum impact.

About You

• An analytical approach that emphasizes understanding customer / client behavior and planning based on data-driven insights.
• A passion for championing the customer / client perspective, advocating for their needs and preferences in the development of CRM strategies.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both B2B and B2C spaces.
• Copywriting experience
• Familiarity with HTML
