We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the tourism sector looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale its Performance Marketing strategy. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will take full ownership of acquisition, retention, and automation, ensuring the company’s long-term growth and success. Your Responsibilities :
Paid Acquisition
Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy (Google Ads, Paid Social, Metasearch, Affiliates, Display).
Manage and optimize multi-million euro budgets to ensure the best ROI across all channels.
Continuously test and refine campaign strategies, creatives, and audience segmentation to maximize performance.
Retention & CRM
Develop and implement a customer retention strategy, leveraging CRM tools to increase engagement and lifetime value.
Own and optimize personalized marketing automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications).
Enhance transactional and lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase re-engagement and repeat purchases.
Marketing Automation & AI
Implement automation solutions to streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
Work closely with Product and Tech teams to integrate the latest AI-driven tools into the marketing stack.
Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models for optimization.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor dedicated teams in Acquisition and Retention, fostering a high-performance culture.
Define clear objectives and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Tech teams to drive growth initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Own and optimize marketing dashboards to track KPIs, analyze results, and provide strategic insight (ROI, ROA...)
Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Your Profile
6-10 years of experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition (BtoC highly appreciated), with expertise in :
Google Ads, Display Advertising
Metasearch Platforms (Trivago, Kayak, Google Hotel Ads)
Social Ads (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Affiliate marketing, retargeting, and email marketing
Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets (€3M+) with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Strong analytical mindset, ideally with experience in consulting or data-driven roles.
Deep expertise in CRM, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Fluency in English + Spanish or French.
