Formación

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.

What will be your mission?

The CRM & Loyalty Trainee will assist in executing global CRM campaigns, managing the Loyalty Program, and supporting public promotions.

He/she will collaborate with Business Units, Revenue, Brand, and eCommerce teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve targets for traffic, engagement, revenue, and customer recurrence.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and follow up on promotional and marketing materials with relevant departments.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns and target segmentations using campaign management tools.
  • Prepare recurrent and ad-hoc reports on campaign KPIs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking reports.
  • Support data protection compliance in email marketing campaigns according to GDPR regulations.

What are we looking for?

Prior experience in a CRM or Digital Marketing department is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Conditions
