A global hospitality group is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Trainee in Madrid to assist with global CRM campaigns and manage the Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing and be fluent in English and Spanish. What will be your mission?
The CRM & Loyalty Trainee will assist in executing global CRM campaigns, managing the Loyalty Program, and supporting public promotions.
He/she will collaborate with Business Units, Revenue, Brand, and eCommerce teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve targets for traffic, engagement, revenue, and customer recurrence.
