About the Job

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, international team at our offices on the Barcelona campus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing, enjoy working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to identify growth opportunities with excellent optimization skills. Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute various email campaign flows to deliver targeted messages to specific audiences.
• Optimize flows and trigger rules based on data to enhance campaign performance.
• Design and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates of electronic communications.
• Develop conversion-oriented landing pages for events or webinars in collaboration with other departments.
• Create sales-focused email campaigns to support lead generation and sales activities.
• Coordinate internal communications with the Communications department, paying close attention to detail.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent brand design and optimal email performance.
• Prepare monthly performance and optimization reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with email automation tools such as Active Campaign, Hubspot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of best email marketing practices and tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dynamic tables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Native or advanced (C1) level of English.
• Experience with IpaaS apps like Zapier, Maker, N8N, or Native Connections is a plus.
• Experience in building landing pages is a plus.
• International experience living abroad is a plus.
