We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, international team at our Barcelona campus. You’ll need to have a passion for online marketing and enjoy working in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to identify growth opportunities with excellent optimization skills. You’ll also have to be very well organized, with a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities :

• Create and execute different email campaign flows to ensure the delivery of the right messages to the right audiences.
• Optimize flows and data-based trigger rules to ensure the best performance of each campaign.
• Create A / B tests for optimizing the conversion rate of all electronic communications focused on conversion.
• Create landing pages oriented to conversion for specific events or webinars, in collaboration with other departments.
• Create sales-oriented email campaigns to support lead generation and commercial action.
• Create and deliver internal communications with the help of our Communications department, with high attention to detail.
• Work closely with our designers to ensure a consistent brand design and good email performance.
• Monthly performance and optimization reports.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience working with Active Campaign, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, or other email automation tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the best email marketing practices and tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills and understanding of dynamic tables.
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced (C1) level of English.
• Experience using IpaaS apps such as Zapier, Maker, N8N.
• Experience building landing pages is a plus.
• International experience living abroad is a plus.
