The Role
Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll own the global CRM strategy and execution — across the entire lifecycle : from lead nurturing to onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and expansion.
This is a key leadership role in our team, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, and RevOps to unlock funnel efficiency and customer value at scale.
