Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The CRM & Digital Prospection Expert, reporting directly to the Sales Machine Director, is responsible for analyzing all customer data through CRM software with the mission to use data visualization tools to understand trends, patterns, and outliers, and present the data so that all areas of the business can interpret it. This aims to improve data interaction, support the main strategies necessary to strengthen relationships with current and future customers, and generate loyalty.Key responsibilities & activities

Identify customers' target lists in accordance with criteria established by Sales Director(s).Lead proactively Digital Prospection Activities for Sales Machines and Services with the aim to generate Sales Qualified Leads.Evaluate customer interest based on Marketing Lead inputs, with the goal of generating Sales Qualified Leads for Machines and Services.Coordinate the sales forecasting activities.Ensure the proper usage of standard sales reports, integrate reports, and analyze data related to customer and sales activity KPIs.Ensure the proper quality level of CRM data based on the company's targets.Provide sales process training and support to the sales team.Training, Education & Specific Qualifications

Academic background :

Industrial engineer, Economics, Business administration, Marketing, Data Management, Business Intelligence.Digital competence :

Mandatory.Experience :

Minimum of 5 years as a data analyst or in business intelligence within the industrial sector.Specific knowledge :
