CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
(Remote ‑ CET ± 4 h) This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel campaigns and customer success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO. You will be the technical marketing operator ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and profitability ESP offering.
LayerTech: Mautic v5.2.3+, SparkPost MTA, Amazon SES/qMail. Data: AWS S3, Athena, Tableau. Infra: AWS, Contabo, Airflow, Ubuntu 22, CloudWatch. Tools: InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox, HetrixTools, EmailOnAcid, ChatGPT, Abacus.AI.
