We are looking for a new CRM Content Producer to join our team. This position will work closely with the CRM Lead to support all CRM-related activities and SEO-related content production. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, CRM-related experience, and be comfortable using a variety of tools. We welcome applications from people who are passionate about media management and CRM.

As a “CRM Content Producer - Japanese speaker,” you are expected to:

1. Plan, manage, and operate all campaigns and promotions, communicating internally and externally with relevant teams.
2. Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE / Newsletter / X / Membership).
3. Create and update content for campaigns and promotions.
4. Analyze CRM-related data and suggest improvements and enhancements.
5. Assist with other tasks related to website content production.
6. Be a native Japanese speaker.
7. Have working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and professional ranks.
9. Produce high-quality content with attention to detail.
10. Be self-motivated with a strong and proven ability to get things done.
11. Maintain a proactive attitude and be willing to learn and handle new challenges.

Nice to have:

• Experience in content writing or CRM-related work.
• WordPress experience.
• Experience in (commercial) SNS management.
• Experience working in the iGaming industry.
• Experience with Excel functions and data analysis.
